Copyright Policies

Articles proposed and accepted for publication in the journal Rivista di Archeologia are published, in printed and electronic form, without any financial cost to the authors or to the institutions to which they belong.

Each author retains sole ownership of author’s rights and intellectual property rights over their own work. As such they may freely share their manuscript immediately after publication and without any embargo period, in Word or in any other format, in the version originally proposed and delivered for publication – in other words without our processing and pagination – in green open access on internet sites, or online archives or repositories.

Each author will contractually receive from Giorgio Bretschneider Editore an electronic offprint in the form of a free PDF of the final version, processed, revised, accepted, paginated and edited, of their publication for exclusively personal use. This PDF is covered by copyright and is the property of the publisher as it was processed, revised, edited and paginated by Giorgio Bretschneider Editore for exclusive use in its own publications, in print or electronic, and may contractually be uploaded, fully or in part, to online storage, archives or repositories.

Any form of self-archiving must mention © Giorgio Bretschneider Editore and the DOI.
